As with many software subscriptions, renewal-related billing emails are sent to the email address used at the time of the original purchase. In this case, the subscription had been set up several years ago and continued as a recurring renewal unless canceled.\nWe certainly understand how frustrating this can feel if those notices were missed, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
